Going back to Hispanic Heritage Month (as I have been out on vacation and a little busy to blog) and trying my first ever Arepa and also MAKING my first ever Arepa! The meat was amazing and I struggled for sure making them on the stove...but with a little ingenuity, and luck, you'll see it was an overall success!
