Auntie Fee, whose real name was Felicia O'Dell, rose to fame in 2014 when she began posting videos on YouTube about cooking on a budget.
Her videos like "Sweet Treats for the Kids," "Dumb Good Mac and Cheese," and, of course, "Good Ass Chicken" have all been viewed millions upon millions of times.
She even has a tutorial about how to feed seven people with a budget of $3. The woman was doing great work.
Fee was so popular that her YouTube videos eventually landed her a role in Barbershop 3.
She made appearances on talk shows like Jimmy Kimmel Live! and The Steve Harvey Show, and she once cooked a meal with Sherri Shepherd.
Her last video was posted on March 6th -- it was a review for an L.A. restaurant called Art's Wings and Things. She said that when she doesn't cook her own chicken, she goes there.
A solid endorsement if we've ever heard one.
On March 12th, she wrote on Facebook that she was "not feeling too well," and the on the 14th, which was Tuesday, she suffered a severe heart attack.
Many outlets heard news that she died then, but the reports were false -- she was placed on life support at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.
On Thursday night, Fee's family wrote on her Facebook account that "doctors are currently performing procedures in hopes of improving" her "current state," but they were unable to save her.
