Tomorrow marks the start of the 2020 Florida legislative session and it's going to be a busy one.

Protesters are expected to arrive in Tallahassee before the start of the 2020 Florida legislative session tomorrow, while lawmakers will be mulling over several issues like teacher pay, school safety, E-verify and the environment.

About 20,000 teachers are expected in Tallahassee today to call for more funding and other changes.

They will also be discussing the possibility of allowing college athletes to be paid for use of their names, images and likenesses.

Lawmakers will also discuss bill to curb gun violence. There's only one bill that needs to be passed during the 60-day session-the Florida budget.
