President Trump and Joe Biden holding competing town halls tonight instead of their 2nd debate in Miami. Biden will be at a town hall in Philadelphia while Trump appears at the Perez Art Museum for an outdoor question-and-answer session. The latest polls show Trump is trailing Biden by about 5 points. The polls also had him behind Hillary Clinton in 2016. But St. Thomas University's Dr. Thomas Brezenski says this year is different, Biden has a much higher approval rating than the so called "crooked Hillary" did. Trump and Biden are still set for a final debate a week from today in Nashville.
