Naked Cowboy Apologizes for Comments after Florida Arrest

The Naked Cowboy Arrested On Misdemeanor Charge

(Daytona Beach, FL) -- A celebrity street performer is sorry for comments the Daytona Beach Police Chief calls disgraceful.

The Naked Cowboy, Robert Burck, was arrested during Daytona Florida's Bike Week over a week ago for allegedly violating the city's panhandling laws, which he denies. He could be heard on police bodycam video making comments Police Chief Jakari Young this week called homophobic and racist.

Burck, who may sue the city over the arrest, told the News-Journal yesterday he lost his cool and he absolutely regrets his comments.
