NAPLES -- Two Florida cities made the top ten in the annual U.S. News and World Report survey of Best Places to Live.
US News real estate editor Devon Thorsby says Naples made number seven and Sarasota number nine, largely due to greater job stability during the pandemic. Thorsby says just about every metro area in Florida is growing rapidly.
Four out of the top five fast-growing markets are in Florida, as are three of the safest.
Sarasota Mayor Hagen Brody called the report an incredible honor but added: “they only affirm what we already know: That this is a wonderful place that has something truly special to offer for everyone."
