A man faces charges for trespassing at the Palm Beach home of the former president.

According to a federal criminal complaint just released, 25-year old Joshua Warnock was arrested earlier this month after he was found wandering around Mar-a-Lago without authorization.

Police say the man first showed up at the main gate of the property on January 8th, claiming he needed to speak with former President Trump, who was there at the time. Warnock was informed by Secret Service that it was a restricted area and was eventually escorted off the property.

He was given a written Trespass Warning after repeatedly refusing to leave. It warned that he would face arrest if found back at the property.

Six hours later, the man was arrested after an agent noticed him "walking up the pool deck staircase adjacent to the family suite." Warnock said he "climbed up a big step" to get to the "front yard."

It was later determined that he jumped over a concrete ledge that divides Mar-a-Lago from a public area. Warnock is jailed without bond.
