Orlando voters made some decisive decisions in key races yesterday, but some are headed for a runoff.
In District One, Former State Rep. Tom Keen pulled off a big upset defeating incumbent Commissioner Jim Gray with 54 percent of the vote.
In District 3, a runoff will be needed between Roger Chapin and Mira Tanna. The runoff will be held December 9th.
In District 5, interim commissioner Shan Rose beat former commissioner Regina Hill with almost 52 percent of the vote.
Rose thanked supporters at a coffee shop in District 5.
"I am grateful for the opportunity to serve District 5 for another four years," Rose said. "I’m grateful for the residents for believing in me, trusting me with another four more years… the businesses, and everyone who decided to stand behind me."
All votes will be certified Friday.
