In a new study by SmartAsset, Florida drivers rank fourth worst in the country.
The study looked at 4 things: number of insured drivers, DUI arrests per 1,000 drivers, number of fatalities per 100,000 vehicle miles driven...and the number of search terms like "traffic ticket" and "speeding ticket."
