So after some research, I found out what a "Fall Risk" in a stroller/car seat is:
When the car seat of the 'Britax' is set into the cart part of the stroller, apparently the car seat part is falling out of the carrier, and could potentially injure your child.
Therefore, due to this problem, over 700,000 Britax strollers (as seen below) in the United States have been recalled.
If you are unsure about the safety of your stroller, please make sure to check us.britax.com/recall or check with the retailer in which you purchased the stroller. Toys'R'Us has already put up recall information on their site as well.
