We all have busy lives. Whether you're a parent. Working 3 jobs. Or just young and always stay up late. So many of us have trouble falling asleep every night and yeah then when we wish we were asleep then our brain takes over and soon 5 hours goes by and we aren't sleeping at all.
Until I saw this video today, that claims with some practice, you can fall asleep for the night in less than 2 minutes. While also offering tips to fall asleep I think I'm going to start this tonight...because here it is 1:04pm and I want to sleep so bad!
