Unpopular opinion (and I don't care) but I LOVE DUCK! Like eating duck. Seriously, it's better and tastier chicken. And I know what you're saying:
"But they're so cute!". Yeah, I know. And they taste amazing!
Do you like French Fries? And you fry them in like corn oil? Imaging rendering out the fat from duck and then putting fries in that?!?! Duck Fat Fried fries are the best! And now I'm hungry.

Now back to eating duck. Cause like if you love poutine...then you need to fry up your next poutine batch in duck fat. It's life changing. It actually reaffirmed my own existence on this planet when I had my first batch. I'm going to go to Publix ASAP and pick up some duck!
