TakeOff is reportedly one of several major artists who will appear on Ye and Ty Dolla $ign's next album.

According to a report Rolling Stone published on Wednesday, April 24, the late Migos rapper will make a posthumous contribution to Vultures 2. Take is set to appear on the song "Let Me Chill Out" with Rich The Kid and YoungBoy Never Broke Again. It will be the first time TakeOff will featured on a song outside of his family's orbit since he was shot and killed in 2022. The Last Rocket MC has only posthumously appeared on his uncle Quavo's album Rocket Power and his recent Chris Brown diss track.

It's been a few months since the next phase of Ye and Ty's album series was scheduled to drop, but it seems like the plans are finally back on track. The duo announced several release dates for each installment at the top of the year. Vultures 2 was set for March 5 and Vultures 3 should've dropped on April 8. Weeks after both drop dates came and went without any new music, Ye has finally revealed the status of at least one of the aforementioned projects.

During a recent discussion with his friend Justin Laboy on The Download podcast, the Yeezy founder confirmed the second installment of his Vultures trilogy will arrive on May 3. Ye didn't mention anything about the third installment, but he did break down the roots of his "Like That" (Remix), in which he disses Drake and J. Cole.

Look out for Vultures 2 dropping next Friday.
